62jl Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

By accessing the 62jl website and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all use of the 62jl platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in any promotion.

Each player may hold only one account on 62jl. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, or payment methods — is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone else. 62jl will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 62jl promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. This is a platform requirement and cannot be waived. Documents must be current, legible, and belong to you.

All deposits and withdrawals on 62jl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include Philippine bank transfers, online mobile banking, and eligible e-wallets. Cryptocurrency and credit card transactions are not accepted as payment methods for any purpose on this platform.

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Funding your account using payment methods that belong to another person is not permitted. 62jl reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment methods verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take additional time if further verification is required.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

Outcomes are independent, and no result can be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or the platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Results are final once the game or event resolves. In the event of a technical error during gameplay — such as a disconnection or system failure — 62jl will make reasonable efforts to settle affected bets fairly based on available data. 62jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been violated in any way.
• The account was registered using false or misrepresented information.
• The account holder is under the minimum age of 21.
• The account is being used in a way that poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 62jl may retain any bonus-derived funds or winnings associated with the breach. Genuine PHP deposits unrelated to any violation will be returned through the same payment method used to deposit them, subject to satisfactory verification.

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or opportunities arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our control.
• Decisions made by players to place bets or participate in games — all wagering decisions are made at the player's own risk.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind related to use of the platform.
